We present an easy version of a beverage from the seasonal cocktail list. Designed as a batch prepared mix that is bursting with the tastes of the holiday season, making it excellent for a holiday party. The Bikini Cocktail

Serves 10 guests

Ingredients for the Citrus Syrup (yields 750ml)

300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g fine sugar

Ingredients for the Premix (produces 850ml, to serve 10)

400ml good quality vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (from the recipe above)
Whole cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish

Instructions

To prepare the Citrus Syrup: Combine the listed components in a pot, bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Next, turn off the heat and leave to cool fully. Decant into a sterilised bottle, seal keeping it chilled, where it will keep for around a month.

For the Cocktail Base: Mix all the liquids in a sizeable container, allow it to infuse for an hour, then filter it preferably using a fine cloth, to ensure it's fully clarified.

For serving: Add 85ml of the cocktail base into your cocktail shaker containing ice, and agitate gently for a minute until cold. Pour into a cold coupe glass or similar, top with some cranberries and finish by giving it a brief mist of mandarin oil above the glass.
